Meet Our Staff

Carlos L. Sierra, D.D.S. has been practicing dentistry for 18 years. He has multiple practices which provide general dental services, crown and bridge, removable prosthetics, endodontics, oral surgery, implantology and cosmetic dental services.

Nichole D. Huffman is an instructor and student coordinator for the SFDAS. Nichole also oversees student relations from enrollment to employment placement. She graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor's in Biology and has been a member of the dental community for nine years as a Dental Assistant.

Noelle Rose began her association with the South Florida Dental Assisting School as a student. Noelle has been serving as a clinical instructor since 2008. A graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Noelle spends her days working as a full-time dental assistant.
